Joseph J. Ramondetta II
Joseph has refined his entrepreneurial background over twenty-one years through his ownership and management of almost a dozen small businesses. These companies range from manufacturing and distribution to retail, service and real estate. Beyond overall business management, experiences gained include strategic planning, marketing, cost control, small business legal issues and numerous acquisitions and sale of businesses.
Joseph's strengths include strong interpersonal skills, especially in the areas of negotiations with government agencies, utilities, trade unions, as well as companies for purchase, strategic alliances and joint ventures.
He is a graduate of Fairfield University and was a long-term member of The Executive Committee, an international board of directors to small and medium size companies. He has also acted as a mentor to numerous startup companies.
